Refurbishment

Refurbishment works undertaken include external and internal making good of existing structures, finishes and landscaping.

Our recent project at Foxhill, Bath involved the structural repair of over 150 properties while maintaining access for tenants to continue living in the houses. This created logistical challenges we are experienced in managing.

External refurbishment encompasses many tasks including replacement double glazing, external doors, new fascias, soffits and guttering, removal of defective concrete, structural concrete repairs and over cladding.

Typical internal alterations include stripping out existing finishes, coordinating new plumbing, heating, rewiring, structural stitch repairs, new plastering, decorations, floor finishes, kitchens and bathrooms.

We have an established history of working with local authorities, housing associations and tenants across the south west and Wales.

Communication with Tenants is a priority to ensure they are well informed about the work and time it will take, helping to manage stress and inconvenience.

Works are frequently undertaken while maintaining occupier access and suitable living conditions.

We ensure each operation is carried out in good consecutive order to ensure our work is completed as quickly as possible.

Our Client base for refurbishment is diverse, working with social housing landlords, developers and insurance backed repairs.
