Project Description
25 new extra care apartments and 64 bed care home.
Kennet Construction Ltd tendered this project as part of a major new scheme to develop 5000 new homes in the area of North Filton Airfield.
This building is a four and five storey high structure built using steel frame. Suspended floors are composite metal deck with concrete topping cast insitu, external walls timber frame infill with weather board and brick masonry and or render outer skin. Roof finishes used standing seam and single ply membrane. All second fixing and supplementary services including lifts, commercial kitchen and other residential amenities were provided within our contract. All apartments were built for Extra Care standards and for sale on open market. These units are approved under warranty by Premier Guarantee.
