Kennet Construction Ltd was appointed by the developer Dwyer Properties to install the external wall facades including Metsec frame, cement board lining, Sto insulated render and Deco Profile (Verolith) features throughout to provide an attractive Georgian period aesthetic in keeping with the surrounding built environment of St John’s Wood, London.
We provided the specialist materials and operatives to install all the cornice, pilasters, porticos and string lines that make up this prestigious project designed by the internationally renowned architect Robert Adam.
We worked closely with the design team providing valuable input on design before and during the project. In all it took 12 months to complete.
