Kennet Construction Ltd found a suitable site for development and brought it to the attention of Selwood Housing Ltd as a potential scheme suitable for development of new housing.
Following site purchase and planning process Kennet Construction negotiated the project to Design and Build six houses and six apartments for social housing.
Site works involved demolition of an existing building to make way for new development. Traditional construction methods used include strip foundations, beam and block floors, concrete block and brick cavity walls, timber truss and cut roofing, second fix of kitchens and all fittings and fixtures.
Access road built for adoption along with service connections and drainage. All properties were built to Code 3 and covered with NHBC warranty.
